  • Responsibilities:

    • Exhibits solid communication skills in order to effectively present strategic and tactical plans to clients and internal teams
    • Deliver PPC campaigns via the most relevant and effective networks – based on analysis, monitoring, review and active decision making (all in line with objectives and budget)
    • Report weekly on key performance indicators and present effectively to senior management

    Desired Skills and Experience:

    • Experience with Google and Bing’s services, including Analytics and Webmaster Tools
    • Experience with Google’s Keyword Tool
    • Experience with Facebook and LinkedIn advertising
    • Understand business objectives (eg increased profit, email database size, increase sales for key products etc.) and be able to translate this into PPC strategy and action plans
    • 3+ years experience managing PPC campaigns
    • A high degree of creativity and innovation, with proven examples of applying knowledge, experience, and judgment to ambiguous problems.

  • Responsibilities:

    • Building inbound organic search traffic and improving SERPs
    • Strategize, write, and edit metadata, canonical tags, alt text, internal links, etc. to positively impact on-page SEO factors
    • Work closely with Content team to prioritize keyword-driven content
    • Work hand-in-hand with the Partnership and Affiliate teams to develop and implement back-linking strategy
    • Track and use KPIs to guide daily priorities and tasks

    • An up-to-date, working knowledge of current, past, and projected trends in the SEO industry

  • Responsibilities:

    • Build CMS themes and plugins from the ground up
    • Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop to translate design wireframes to HTML/CSS within CMS

    • Experience using JavaScript frameworks, as well as JavaScript without frameworks, CSS pre-processors, and Bootstrap
    • Experience refactoring existing code to improve readability, code reuse, performance, and maintainability
    • Command line experience
    • A good understanding of designing for user experience
    • Creative eye for design and detail
    • Flexibility to change priorities and meet deadlines
    • Ability in modern design tools i.e. Adobe Creative Suite
    • Good understanding of SEOv
    • Ability to provide any live or working examples of any previous work you have created relevant to the requirements of this role.
