Well, for all of you asking the question, “Is Bing for Real?” The answer got a lot simpler – last night Yahoo’s announcement: a 10-year deal with Microsoft making Bing the Search platform for both companies!

PCWorld had a great breakdown on the future situation.  Here are the main items of concern for your company…

• Bing will be the exclusive algorithmic search and paid search platform for Yahoo!
• The term is for 10 years
• It could take up to 2 years to get completed (still needs regulatory approval).
